Building Link is our resident’s portal for accessing services and information as to the building such as scheduling repair work, reserving the community room, obtaining needed documents, etc. Access to Building Link is controlled by Orsid, our Managing Agent. Residents needing access should reach out to Orsid for assistance.

200 E 16th collects its standard recyclables (papers, cardboards, plastics, glass) in the stairway collection receptacles located on each floor of the building. In addition, in compliance with NYC composting regulations, several composting bins are located in the basement area. Lastly, we have a  collection bin for used clothing and other worn materials, part of a “Re-fashioNYC” program, a clothing reuse program that works in partnership with Housing Works; the bin is located in the rear courtyard area.

Yes, the Building allows shareholders to have dogs, cats or birds as pets provided such pet does not create a nuisance.
